Order Cancellation or Returns
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me via e-mail or this site contact form within 24 hours of the submission of the order. No cancellations or customizations are allowed after 24 hours from the order submission. This policy ensures that my small business can remain sustainable. Thank you for understanding. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unworn and undamaged. Customized items cannot be returned. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Each piece is handmade by me in my SF studio, please allow 5-10 days after order is placed before shipping. If you'd like to rush the delivery, please contact me and I'll be happy to oblige when possible. I use USPS Priority mail. Claudia Berman Jewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers. If you are outside the US, please contact me for additional shipping details.
Repairs and Replacement
I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of my jewelry. Please contact me to request repair or replacement of an item, I'm happy to help if possible. Please note that a fee might be associated with the repair, shipping, and insurance.
Please make sure that your size is correct before ordering. In some circumstances I am able to adjust a ring size a little larger or smaller. If you have ordered an incorrect size I would be happy to make adjustments if possible, for a small fee, plus the cost shipping. Necklaces can easily be made longer or shorter, please just send me a note along with your order and I can adjust your item and price accordingly.
